UMRAH IN APRIL 2008

Pictures taken during my recent umrah in april 2008 with my parents. Hope you will enjoy seeing the pictures in Mecca, Medina and Jeddah. Our umrah package was arranged by HTH Travel Brunei everything was good and the food was excellent (Indonesian Style). Hotels are great especially in Mecca just 5mins walk to the mosque. A lot of changes can be seen especially in Mecca even now the Sai'e area is under construction, another 2 storey is being built to accommodate the increasing people performing Haj and Umrah every year. Fyi 1,000 buildings have been demolished around Masjidil Haram Mecca due to expansion of the holy mosque and hotels. That's one of the reason why the cost to perform umrah increased dramatically besides from fuel and also shortage of accommodations in Mecca. Pictures taken with my Sony Ericssons P990I.
